This group of photographs portray the journey I'm on as I learn to see light and to see myself. I'm discovering the beauty and simplicity in everyday life, and tapping into my own unique vision of the world. The process lights me up and makes me feel alive. It feels like the beginning of something bigger than me.

As the sunlight glints off a rippling lake, and the wind whispers through the black spruce bows, it is here where she must begin to tell her story.
